Summary: TheCommunications&AdministrativeCoordinatorwilloverseeall communication and administrative tasks for C2C, working closely with the Managing Director. This role includes managing communication priorities and overseeing the organization’s public communications efforts, such as content creation for the website, e-newsletters, and print marketing materials, as well as handling administrative needs in both the U.S. and Haiti.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about contributing to C2C’s ambitious growth plans. They should be creative, an independent problem-solver with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and have a background in global health.
Role & Responsibitlies:
Communications Responsibilities:

Maintain communications calendar with upcoming content;

Help implement and deliver C2C’s social media strategy;

Create, write, edit, and schedule all social media posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram);

Update and manage C2C’s website as needed;
-
Write and send out monthly newsletters;
-
Oversee online donation platforms like GlobalGiving, produce quarterly reports, and create online giving campaigns;
-
Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure alignment between clinical operations, impact measurement, storytelling, and donor engagement;

Collaborate with the team to improve the layout of pitch decks, stewardship reports, and presentations;

Raise C2C’s profile by placing media stories and developing creative strategies for increased visibility.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Support the Managing Director, Board members, and Haiti leadership team in organizational management tasks;

Monitor donations and track them in Salesforce;
-
Process gifts and produce acknowledgement letters to donors;

Create and manage donor lists for appeals and audit;

Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and update the system as needed;

Manage Board and Committee scheduling and governance affairs;
-
Oversee administrative email accounts;

Handle the organization’s registration, compliance issues, administrative & communications vendors, insurance policies, etc.

Manage C2C’s shared file drive, photo library, and resource library (both internal and external);

Coordinate the purchase of supplies for the team as needed in the U.S.

Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related experience;
-
Flexible, self-directed, and entrepreneurial style, able to adapt to the demands of a small and agile organization;
-
Experience in non-profit;
-
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to review and synthesize information.
