TCS Director of Development

For nearly 55 years, our fundraising approach has ensured equitable access to quality mental health services for community members. Following the completion of a capital campaign which raised close to $4M for the purchase, renovation, and endowment of a permanent home, TCS is poised to drive tremendous growth in major donor and annual giving, foundation grants and planned gifts.  The Director of Development, a member of the senior leadership team, is a key external ambassador for the organization and works closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Clinical Operations and members of the Board of Trustees. The Director provides oversight to the Development Committee of the Board and supervises one full-time Development Associate.

The Director of Development for TCS is responsible for all aspects of the fundraising and marketing functions, including, but not limited to, major gift acquisition, planned giving, events, annual appeals, grant writing and marketing strategies.  The position of Development Director is a 32-hour, hybrid position and will be compensated with a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
